Seems to have worked for me! I haven't slept much in the last few days and my meditations have been rushed, then I walked 13 miles today, so my immune system must've been down. I took a nap and woke up a half hour ago with an earache and a sore throat on the side of the sore ear. I have food grade h202 but didn't want to drink it because I was hungry and it isn't good to eat for at least an hour after taking it. So I gargled with some diluted and it helped a little but not enough. Then I put some 3% in my ear and the ear pain ceased. The throat pain diminished, but was still there. So I gargled with warm salt water and it didn't help at all. Then I put some colloidal silver in water and gargled it first. Instant relief. I thought I'd share with my brothers and sisters.
It is a good idea to have natural anti biotics around in case shit hits the fan. I can tell you, according to my biology professor who recently worked in a pharmaceutical lab, they're not even working on making new antibiotics to combat superbugs simply because of funding. Period. In ten years or so, if the bugs out there adapt to current drugs, people are screwed. Things like colloidal silver, food grade hydrogen peroxide, and oil of oregano (so I've heard) may be quite valuable then! As they are anyhow. It doesn't have the side effects antibiotics do, like compromising gut health. And may save a trip to the doctor. Having said that, please don't neglect getting yourself or loved ones care from a doctor.

There are literally tens of medicinal plants which have an anti-bacterial or anti-viral activity:

Ginger
Garlic
Mulberry Leaf
Cinnamon Twig
Pinellia
Mint
Schizopeneta
Siler
Machurian Ginger (highly nephrotoxic however)
Magnolia
Betel Nut
Chrysanthemum

To name but a select few..

Using combinations of these plants in varying amounts and ratios can help prevent bacterial resistance to their constituent compounds, some of which (but not all) are active only when the plant is fresh, not dried ie ginger, garlic.

Magnolia was said to be toxic as well. Take with caution.

Always check for side effects and interactions with medicines if youre taking prescriptions from the doctor.

That may depend on which part of the plant you use...

The flower and the bark to my knowledge has no major toxicity, but that isn't to say the root wouldnt.

Sodium bicarbonate gargle is also good for throat/tonsil infections. Last month I had a tonsil infection and I tried salt water, hydrogen peroxide and colloidal silver and none did any good. Then a friend mentioned sodium bicarbonate; I tried it and the relive was instant. I thought I should mention it..
