Cobra Breath technique

I read about the Magnum Opus on the JOS site, and this is really annoying, I have tried to find out where i can learn the Cobra Breath technique HP Maxine is talking about for my Sushumna.

Anyone know where the Cobra Breath technique is?

 It is not in the JoS. You can find this breathing in the eHow. Just type "Cobra Breath ehow" in google. Is the same what Kai Purr used.

I'm a little skeptic to sources outside of JOS or any other Spiritual Satanist site. But as everything I'll have to try it out
