Cobra Breath technique

I read about the Magnum Opus on the ToZ site, and this is really annoying, I have tried to find out where i can learn the Cobra Breath technique HP Pythia is talking about for my Sushumna.

Anyone know where the Cobra Breath technique is?

 It is not in the ToZ. You can find this breathing in the eHow. Just type "Cobra Breath ehow" in google. Is the same what Kai Purr used.

I'm a little skeptic to sources outside of ToZ or any other Zevist site. But as everything I'll have to try it out
