स त न म1 min to readI use Suryae mantra to clean, once after daily Rituals and once before bedtime. But the one before bedtime keeps me up. It is advised to clean before bedtime but it doesn't allow me to sleep after what should I do? The mantra charges me up and aura cleaning goes well but can't sleep after, should I skip before bedtime cleaning? And trying to clean without mantra is hard for me.

Wonder if it is the case for all.
But using surya for my case increase my heat, yang, in one word it stimulates me. So surya done before sleeping will be like looking tv with extreme actions/stress just before direct sleeping. Too mutch stimulation, so Harder to fall asleep (yin).
I remarked too when day is hot ,doing it in day paticularly at noon you feel even warmer. In winter no problem (cold season). In vacation where it was 40 degrees no good idea.
Therefore may i suggest although not on forum and site to use the moon mantra. Moon reflect sun, is yin, cold. It was usefull in vacation to cool myself since when you clean it is a form of invocation. Of course avoid in winter to do it, people in the house sayd that day it was colder. Coincidence or due of my version of training (i expand my aura to cover the house first since i want to protect myself my family and our belongings).
You will see in time that the ennemy attack indirectly when it cannot do it directly on you. And that is mainly on money. (tickets, broken objects, broken thermopompe, incident in life of your kids, etc...). It happen once to me when 7 did Ritual close to a church, or with my spiritual interference on church ritual. I remark also somethingcurious, if you Ritual close to drving license testing gouvernement (saq), my kid fail it. Mere coincidences I guess.
Also, You can always do like new age and put the excess energy somewhere else. Some put it in earth (call it wasting/giving energy for nothing), object (charge it), sending it to satan by your demon , why not put the excess to protect your bedroom with algys or programming your sleep ? I haven't try it but why not do as mantak chia, concentrate it on the navel to store it. Or like japanese variant concentrate on the tip of the toes as you try to fall asleep. (ki in daily life series)
Surya (sun name) is tied to agni (god of fire) and shiva; chandra ( moon name) is tied depending the version to apas (water goddess) or varuna (water god) and parvati or gauri.
