What do you mean exactly? Usually, the main chakras are along the spine, some in, and usually the back extensions are in the spine.

So basically chakras along the spine are the main chakras, and ofc people need to open them and clean them. What is your question?

Doing the cleaning meditation that Lydia posted while ago does a good job at cleaning all the extensions. Instead of doing extra cleaning mediations you can knock it all out in one go with that type of mediation. You just have to focus on all "dirt" coming off from these areas as well.

It is a fact that the chakras need to be actively worked on, usually for many years, just to get started
