What is this section talking about when it says "focus on each center"

What it means is that those clairaudience centres that where depicted in the picture,while meditating you will be visualizing each point at a time.during the visualization,it is suggested that you visualize each point as a dot of light which will expand gradually to a bright star.this should be done for each and every one of the clairaudience centres respectively.
thats my own understanding anyway.

I have trouble visualizing them in the right spot, and I was wondering if there were any types of mantras that could help me with opening them. I think I saw a post that Isis was used to open them.. If that is correct how do you pronounce it?

Try "th" or "thaum". It can take a long time for them to get to that level. Be patient. Work on them everyday.

Use the mantra for the chakra, example: If you are trying to open the shoulder chakras, use the mantra for the heart chakra, as these are the connectors to it and some of the watchtowers. And use the rune for the heart chakra and vibrate it as good as you can. focus the best you can with all of your attention to the chakra you wish to open. And visualize it brighten up.
