circle within a circle within a circle

i thought i should share this with others who might not tried this yet. see yourself filling with power and expand it though your body, now with that power that you selected make it lift off your body and make 3 spinning circles each glowing and filling the air around you, bask in the glory of it breath it in. i also find this great for doing fire meditations use the circles and on the inside of them imagine like a flamethrower from the inside of your rings.
