how do i know if i really have a chi ball in my hands, cause i get a weird tingling in my fingertips when i try and make 1 if so, how can i see it and add colour  to it Ave Zeus

chi i get it and tune the power but to me it doesnt seem that strong i can tunnel it but is this normal.
