Hey guys! Oftentimes I would feel like something is lying on my chest & at first I thought it's just my heart chakra being blocked. I applied positive energy to it & it helped. After some time I forgot about it, because it went away, but than one day my chest started to hurt really bad. I ignored it because it went away soon and didn't repeat but today it happened twice already... It feels like something is being hanged on the part of my chest where ribs meet (right under my breasts)
Do you guys know what can I do to stop/heal it?

It varies... When it hurts a lot it helps if I lay on my stomach/chest & the lesser one just comes & goes without me even noticing it (I first noticed it's presence when it went away for some time :/ )

Idk about a physical aspect, but I was dealing with this just last week and the week prior. What i did was re-incorporate Hatha yoga into my program, and did the Wings of the Soul meditation daily. I'm on my iPod so it's a pain to get the link. But go to the main meditation page, on the far right set of links there is something like "Wings of the Soul" or something similar. Click that, and then there is another link for the meditation.

Thanks Lyoss ^^ I do hatha yoga every day & I'll add wings of soul meditation. I just did it to try it out & I noticed that due to the pressure in my chest it was hard to start it (especially holding my breath) but by the 3rd breath, my breathing went to normal. I'll also add some breathing exercises to my routine.

I noticed the first time I did it for this, my chest became almost unbearably hot by the time I was done, and I could breathe MUCH easier for a while. By the time a week was over the pain was completely gone. Hopefully it helps you too :)

So my mom noticed something being wrong and mentioned that it might be the result of me forgetting to take lunch to school/if I did take it, I mostly didn't ate it & ended up only drinking some yogurt until I came home. For the last 2 days I barely forced myself to eat lunch when I came home, even if it was my favourite...
The breathing exercises + wings of soul meditation helps so much! At first the breathing hurts but after doing the exercises, I can breathe normally. I would have never thought about it (might even avoid anything that required breathing...) so another big THANK YOU Lyoss :)

Glad to hear it helped you as well :)
