Recently I have had more time to meditate, so I have been taking advantage of that. I have started experiencing some different things lately, and I was wondering if any of you have experienced these things as well?
1. Upon standing a couple weeks ago I had a sharp burning pain shoot extremely quickly up my spine. I assume this was the kundalini energy. It stopped at the base of my neck and the pain subsided almost instantly. However, the next day when I woke up I had extremely bad pain all up and down my spine, and especially in my shoulders. The pain was similar to that of torn muscles. The pain was severe for the first day, and then quickly dissipated in the next couple of days.
2. I have been having a sense of cold energy. By this I mean that sometimes I feel a sense of cold rushing water in my spine. I also get random sensations of my aura feeling cold off and on.
3. Sometimes I have a feeling of both cold and extreme heat in the same place in my spine. The closest thing I can think to compare it to would be like using that icy-hot cream on a sore or injured muscle.
4. I have occasionally experienced random bouts of dizziness while standing. It only lasts for a second or two, nothing serious. It's just a strange sensation.
5. I am feeling random strong surges of energy in my hand chakras, and in my face. In my hands it feels like extreme heat that spreads throughout my arms. In my face it feels like a sudden spike in heat and my face usually turns red. I also feel like there is static electricity within my cheeks on occasion.
6. Upon visiulizing a demons sigil in my mind, (this is a demon that I have worked with before), I saw the sigil change from red to a vibrant almost neon green. I then felt energy enter into my heart chakra and I had this sudden sense of my soul feeling extremely light. My aura also felt extremely powerful at that moment.
Has anyone else experienced any of these things? And if any of these are negative in any way, can anyone offer a suggestion on how to work on it?
