chakras and runes combinations

To what combination does each chakra match to a certain rune? In lamens what runes can be vibrated in combination or singular to empower a corresponding chakra? I know certain runes are listed on jos. Just would like some expert input

I honestly stopped using runes because I've found Sanskrit mantras. Sanskrit is much more powerful than runes and that's the reason if you look at the Full Chakra meditation it has several mantras (Necronomicon, Traditional, Runes and Sanskrit) for each chakras, and it states the most advanced and powerful of these are the Sanskrit ones.
