Well I was meditating earlier and I tried a new visualization technique for spinning my chakra and it seemed to work rather well.
Well I was having trouble rotating my 6th energy. So I thought about it and was thinking how could I do this better so that I could improve more. Well I got this idea and it worked pretty well.
I started by just doing regular light energy visualization meditation on the chakra I was working with (6th.) I then proceeded to visualize a center point for this energy. I visualized again a center point for the center point until it was very fine in my mind. I then just focused on two points extending out of the center to the edge of the energy, Two because this is the number of "petals" the 6th energy has, if I was working with another energy then I would assume that it's best to visualize the correct number of "petals." Well I visualized this center point rotating and with it the poles being moved in rotation as well. The thing about this that helped me the most wasn't that though, what helped me the most was visualizing a ripple effect from the center point that followed it's rotation, moving outward. Also just note that when I visualize my chakra I always visualize them as spaces full of "energy fluid" the reason for this being that I think it's important that energy not be stagnant but moving throughout the body and visualize it as fluid is kind of my way of mental programming to allow this. Well I visualized this fluid rotating along with the center point outward until it had the entire chakra rotating, so like a subtle spinning in the center to begin with that grows with speed as it progresses further filling the entire chakra.
