Chakra spin meditation

- When doing the chakra spin Meditation ...do I visualize each Chaka inside of my body? Or just on the surface of my body? For example, when spinning the heart chakra.. Do I visualize a so called "Yoni" spinning INSIDE of my chest? A.K.A. ( Beneath the surface of my skin) or do I just visualize it ON the surface of my body?(Skin)

Always visualize inside your skin... sort of like in the middle of your body; unless you're also working on the front and back extensions of your chakras. For example, when cleaning your chakras I suggest you to visualize in front of your body, in the middle and in the back. But for spinning, I always spin only the middle ones.
