Why did my 3rd eye get stimulated when I empowered my sp? I know they're counterparts.

By SP I'm assuming you're talking about the Solar Plexus? If so then this is because the kundalini energy flows more freely when the chakras are empowered. A blockage in the 5th chakra for instance will obstruct the energy flow from the base chakra to the crown. Whereas when all chakras are open and nothing is obstructing it this empowers all the chakras greatly. Hail Satan!!!!

You could have been very in tune with visualizing it which the 3rd eye assists in.  It also could have been the hour of the moon which can often stimulate the 3rd eye on me as well given the experience of unrelated sensations when empowering the chakras.

What does it mean when your chakras glow white and their corresponding colors? For example my heart is white with a green after glow...they've been like that for about a year and a half... What's going on?

 This is probably because you are depending a bit too much on white colour in your meditations. This is not a bad thing, it's helpful in the beginning to use white/gold energy in the majority of chakra empowering meditations, but the white/gold energy is best used for protection and cleansing. From what I can sense, it seems that your chakras are already clean, but you need to start incorporating their specific colours into your meditations. That makes sense I never breathe the color into the chakras except white white-gold and black. That's probably what it is. I like how they look right now lol but Thanks I will consider that
