Chakra Meditation Pulses

What I do during Christian Life Education class (and basically every other class) is do Energy Meditations... specifically Chakra Breathing.

I notice that whenever I focused energy (or merely concentration) on any one of my Chakras, I start feeling a pulsing feeling in the area.
As if my focus was making it beat like a drum.
As if my heart started beating where it shouldn't.

How should I take this sign?

I probably shouldn't do the energy meditation for your chakras during your Christian Life Education classes all you're doing is sucking up some bad xian energy for your system.

You can choose where to draw the energy from. I doubt he is pulling their limited supply of energy from them, and if he is I'm sure he would program it to be beneficial for him.

I think I should start posting on Hell's Army instead since that's where the more serious and experienced ones normally hang out.

BTW, I believe all energy is blank unless you visualize it a certain color and purpose. Therefore, xian energy is not bad unless you visualize it is.
