Chakra Help and Questions

I have opened my third eye and my crown, i can feel the pressure when i focus on them. the colors are not what i expected they are darker. I also opened my throat last night and my voice has become deeper, is this a permenant change or will it pass.
What are the signs that your chakras are open? And How do you tell if you need to work on them some more?

I was also wondering if there was a way i could pay for an actual copy of the hells army training program?
