Chakra Cleaning

Hello everyone,

I clean my chakras as part of my daily meditations of course, but I have very rarely done the vibrations. To do this can it be daily if I wish? Or is this only to be done on days that are good for banishing and endings?

Raising energy with a mantra can be done daily, and is usually much more effective than without. I have done it for years, and I recommend it.
