blocks exist on the spine right ? pressure indicates the chakra above is blocked , ok.
how do i go about unblocking my chakras ? do i work on my back extension or the main middle one ?any advice/ methods you use to unblock chakras could help me a ton as i am currently at this stage and progress is sluggish as hell because idk what to do :Si meditate for 2 hours everyday sometimes 3 , anyhelp would be appreciated .
