Yes. But it is not a Catholic Symbol. That cross used by Xians is actually an ancient pagan symbol which has had two meanings. 1) the Sun during one of the equinoxes. 2) The Throat Chakra.
This can be seen in the depictions and information available about the Ankh, which seems to be the origin of the cross. If you overlap the Ankh over the human body in the contexts of the 7 chakras, the horizontal part crosses at the Throat Chakra (which rules communication, intellect, etc.) and the Oval/Circle overlaps the head. Hence, why the Ankh is said to be the key of life. Communication (all of its forms, such as speaking, mantras, imagination, interaction, breathing, etc.) and the Mind are the greatest keys to life, once under a person's control.
Remember, much, if not all of the symbols in Judeo-Christian religions have been misinterpreted and stolen from Ancient Pagan Religions. Simply do some research and you will see what I mean.
So, yes you can wear the cross, simply remember its origins. I would however not wear one with the Jesus character. Which, just as HP Maxine has said is stolen from Ancient Spiritual Alchemy Teachings and Allegories, and was a concept, not literal. But if it is simply a cross than it poses no problems for a spiritual satanist and is not disrespectful to the Gods.
Then, you have the inverted cross, which is also an Ancient Pagan Symbol and it denotes the Solar (666) Chakra.
