I don't know why, but no matter how turned on I am and how much foreplay I get, I can't seem to get wet until I use my toy and still it doesn't make me as wet as before I was....

I changed soaps and it's still the same.... I'm not stressed or anything as of right now... And I don't get why I can't get wet...
I don't want to use lube as it proves to be not much of help ?

Any suggestions? ?

Lack of lubrication is a sign of dryness, and this can stem from either yin or blood deficiency, or a stagnation which obstructs fluids from being distributed correctly.

Yin deficiency symptoms include tidal afternoon fever, insomnia, sweating at night, feeling of heat in the palms, soles and chest, constipation, dry skin, a malar flush (rosy cheeks), a low grade persistent thirst but no desire to drink more than small sips at a time, irritability, restlessness and dry eyes.

Blood deficiency symptoms include heart palpitations, poor short term memory, dizziness, difficulty getting to sleep and fatigue.

Stagnation usually involves pain somewhere in the body, emotional upset and disruption, digestive issues which are dependent on mood and change with moods, cold hands and feet but hot in the middle, joint and body stiffness and symptoms which come and go and seem to get better and return randomly. Symptoms of stagnation are almost always relieved by movement and physical exercise.
