Can't easly fall asleep

Since i have started void meditations, opening my third eye and specially trying to astral project i can't easly and quickly fall asleep. It is because once i've gained control to stay awake and focused, i can't get rid of it. My awarness keeps me awake. I fall asleep about 30 minutes and i can say that i'm tired of waiting so long, lying on the bed... I've tried so many things, now i can say that i'm used to it but still it is a problem. What you can say about it?

I have second question, can i have the stat of david, hexagram attatched to the satanic rosary? It isn't jewish symbol, they have stolen it right? This two triangles on this silver amulet are interwinded. Not like in the jewish star.
