I am totally new to Satanic Spirituality... I took real time to study the JOS website. I just did the Dedication Ritual today, although I didn't see or hear anything, but I have this strong feeling that I did it right...


After the ritual, I tried to meditate while the candle was still on, but I find it difficult to concentrate and visualise...


My question is, as a new Satanist what are the day by day exercise, and meditation one should always do? and most of all, what can someone do to improve his/her ability to concentrate and visualise?

Welcome to the family! By your username can't tell if you're a Brother
orSister, but welcome anyways. As far as not seeing/hearing
anything when dedicating, don't let that bother you. Many newly
dedicated do not see or hear the Gods, because they are not
psychically open. I myself felt nothing when I dedicated 8 years ago,
but since then our Lord and Father as more than proven that he
accepted my oath of allegiance. As far as visualization, just
practice! Again, many new people have trouble with this; with
meditation in general, really, simply because they are unused to it.
It's a new concept. Don't feel bad! There are no "mandatory' exercises
one must do here. This path is of free will, and our Father forces,
nor demands nothing. I recommend, however, the Spiritual Warfare
Training Program; exercises for new people are in there. Great tool
for getting a grasp on the basics! And also, though I myself sadly
have no link, the 40 day training program made by High Priest Hooded
Cobra. I'm sure another of our brethren could post it here. I have not
myself utilized it, but several brothers and sisters have found it of
great help. Zevios Metathronos is a most wise and faithful son of our
Father. He and the other clergy work tirelessly for our Father Satan,
and their help and advice has proven invaluable. Again, I welcome you.

You don't need props to do meditation, although some prefer incense or aromatic candles, which is fine.

Well, first of all, as another person suggested, after doing the dedication ritual you should begin with High Priest Zevios's 40 days meditation program!
It is great for beginners and makes you understand what are the most important meditations to be done daily and so on.

Also in regards to having difficulty meditating and visualizing, I guarantee you, you will become better in time.
It's like starting a new sport; you won't find it "easy" in the beginning, or you will meet with obstacles, but you need to be persistent and patient, believe in yourself, and you will overcome all of them.

Also, there is this youtube channel with some static animated videos for meditations; see if it can help you with visualization.
