Can Smoking Effect the throat chakra?

I smoke cigarettes and I was wondering if this bad habit can effect my throat chakra or any of my chakras? And will it be more difficult to open my throat chakra because of my smoking? HAIL SATAN

Well, I don't personally know if it will effect the chakras, but it will most definitely effect meditation in general. There's a need for breathing, and holding the breath in all meditations, and I've found it difficult to properly accomplish this with this terrible habit of ours.

im not sure but i can say that any addictive substance is bad in general.
i am not sure on tobacco products but i can say that certain substances can mess up or damage the aura i think.

tobacco in general is bad overall.
i quit smoking and years later switched to smokeless snuff tobacco.  not sure how the smokeless stuff would affect breathing in any way but id say stay away from if and if you can't do that look into quitting tobacco in general.
if this is a problem for you and you desire to quit there are many support groups out there.

Thanks for the reply. But yeah I am cutting back at the moment, I've tried to quit smoking right on the spot but I always go back to it a couple days later. So now I'm just gradually smoking less and less. Tobacco really effects my breathing and its really difficult to do the "breathing exercises" on the JoS website HAIL SATAN

I know how hard it is, I tried to quit smoking, I'm trying to quit smoking now, I use the electronic cig, they should sell them at the local tobacco store. You get your fix without afixiation lol. My thing is fear of how to deal with withdraws b/c times before when I tried to quit i get really emotional, like i cant believe my husband doesn't leave me emotional, like crying one min, mad the next...im crazy without nicotine lol so i feel your pain.
