Hello everyone!I watched a movie (with some jewish trash) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hellgate_(2011_film
And it made me wonder if this could happen ...Can one's soul separate from the body and stay somewhere while the body is still alive? I may be living on the physical plane but my spirit is somewhere else and maybe this is why I'm not here? (I only met in spiritual Satanism) until now.
Another question is: when I enter into a light trance I feel very much sad like crying and I suspect that I am suffering or suffered some kind of alien abduction, anyway, I feel that I am not 100% reincarnated and I always spin and spin when I enter in trance.

Have you done hatha yoga? And ive heard similar things before even some saying it takes till youre 28 to get down on earth or something although I consider that last bit crap.

I think with grounding and taking time to heal and feel as one which might mean to solve issues on the subconciousness might solve the problem.

This is just what I think might help but to be sure you should ask a demon or satan.

The physical body is part of the soul. What you probably mean is the astral body and no. As far as I know, it stays with the body, unless you're astral projecting. Beginners are not aware of the physical body when astral projecting. There's no such things as being not 100% reincarnated. Either you are reincarnated or you are not. There is no inbetween here.

By doing yoga daily and meditating you will be able to heal yourself emotionally. You should start the work suggested by Lydia, in my opinion.

I'm pretty sure that you've been reincarnated just fine. As already mentioned by the others, you either get reincarnated 'completely or not at all. As a little addition though, I remember reading that the aura is what keeps the soul from "exiting" the body. Much like some sort of protective shell. I don't know if that's how it is, but it makes sense to me. If you are doing the new AoP that maxine posted then you might see some decent improvement regarding your problem. Also, as already mentioned, you should do lydias working for trauma. In fact, there is almost no person that I wouldn't recommend this to. My kundalini has risen to ~my 3rd chakra within the last week (previously was chilling at the 1st) due to traumatic past experiences losing their influence over my power.
