No, that's useless and dangerous and comes from enemy religions which are about self-denial. Generally, SS is not about doing stupid, self-denying and/or humiliating things just to please an external being and isn't about obeying rules in order some external being, but it's human centered. It's about becoming Gods with Enki/Satan and the Gods' guidance. We are to be independent and not even depend on the Gods, they teach us self-reliance. We are free to please ourselves instead of trying to please somebody else.

Now it doesn't mean we have no conscience. If we do or don't choose to do certain things, we do that for logical reasons (for example someone may not smoke weed because it's bad for your aura and harms it) and not because some external being demands/forbids it. Pretty much the opposite of xianity. Satan and/or someone's GD may advise us to do things that are good for us and to avoid bad things. This advice is for our own good, not someone else's, one is free to ignore but most likely he will run into trouble.

I have fasted before in the past. And it does not help anything it just gets in the way of spiritual advancement and is bad for your health.  New Agers are such are addicted to this as people get a kind of fasting high feeling, from the body having to feed off itself for days. And they believe this is some enlightented state. Its not .

Fasting for spiritual reasons is not going to do anything. That comes
from kikes. You can, however, fast if you are doing a cleanse--however,
you must drink large quantities of clean water and get exercise for this
to work safely, and you should only do short fasts (a day or so) without
medical supervision.

Fasting as a sacrifice is not going to do anything. Instead of fasting
to sacrifice, you might do a ritual.

Fasting won't help achieve anything. It is absolutely unnecessary. I come from a Hindu Brahmin family, where our elders taught us to fast. But it was not from a spiritual perspective. They were taught to fast on every 11th day after the full moon or a new moon. It was purely from the point of health (I don't know the significance of the 11th day) just a detox method due to their food habits.

In modern day, it just doesn't make sense, especially if you have healthy eating habits. I have never fasted, yet I achieved a bit of spirituality.

Islam teaches fasting for a month during Ramadan. I don't know the exact reason, but I believe that it is on the lines of "how can you eat when your poor brothers are suffering?" which is absolute BS. One doesn't need to be hungry to feed another hungry.

The only reason you may want to fast is if you over ate the previous night. Otherwise, it is absolutely unnecessary as well as unhealthy.

Yep. Did it myself after reading the work of Herbert Shelton. I did it for fourteen days as I thought it would be a good thing for some very minor health issues. I wasn't doing it as a sacrifice for the Father or anything.

I got exactly nothing out of it. No health benefits or feeling of enlightenment. It distracted me, disrupted my mediations and bored me to tears. A waste of time. I could possilbly see it helping somebody who was addicted to food as sort of an initial flash point before you tackle the problem but I don't think it's a good idea.

I can't speak for the Gods but I couldn't possilbly imagine they would want any of us to do it, and certainly not to please them.

The only time you should fast is if you ate too much and wish to make up
for it, giving your system time to process the food; if you are sick and
cannot eat and hold it down; or if you are doing a brief fast as part of
a physical cleanse. If you are sick, there is little you can do about
it. If you are trying to make up for last night's binge or cleanse your
system, you still need plenty of water.

As for the mudslime fasts of Ramadan, it is extremely dangerous. In
areas where daylight is more than 16 hours, it is extreme. Pig out for
a few hours in the middle of the night, and fast during daytime.
Remember, their "daylight" is if you can tell a black thread from a
white thread by natural light at 1 meter. There are cities located
where it never gets dark enough, notably near or above the Arctic
Circle. If you are located there, you are up shit creek without a
paddle in a barbed wire canoe if you are doing Ramadan.

This creates needless hardship. People that do this are not only
depriving themselves of food, but water. Someone might be able to do
the no-eating part, but when it is hot, you need water. Mudslimes are
not even allowed water during the fasting times. And sleep. They get
little sleep because they are stuffing their faces during the night.
Without ample water and rest, you are defeating the physical cleanse
part of fasting.

Not to mention, spiritual hardship. Bear in mind that while Jupiter is
in Cancer, we need to be dwelling on abundance as much as possible, not
poverty and misery. And especially not making poverty and/or misery a
virtue. People that are fasting for spiritual reasons are defeating the
purpose. If you are doing Jupiter squares or 40-day money workings, and
you fast for spiritual reasons, you may be undoing part or all of that
working by making poverty a virtue.

If one must do something for Satan in lieu of Ramadan, one could begin a
40-day working on whatever they see fit. You might also do a pair of
Jupiter squares, starting one on one Thursday and starting the next 3
weeks later. Or, if the sun is in the right sign, starting a sun square
might be for you. Just remember that it is more important that we time
such workings with the planets and/or moon instead of when Ramadan is
supposed to start. Anyone starting a working right on the beginning of
Ramadan, trying to emulate it, and starting it right on the void of
course moon is served right. There is no "right time" to make these
"sacrifices"--start when the planets are right.

With these workings, done with good timing, you have a chance of gaining
something. You might start a 40-day money working or a pair of Jupiter
squares, and get something tangible for it. You might start whatever
destruction working you see fit--whether to ruin the vatican and get a
SWAT team from Rome to raid that dump, or that kike that is making
things miserable at work. You could start a 40-day working to improve
your physical health, and actually be healthier than all those mudslimes
that think they are doing themselves good fasting. And you can laugh at
the mudslimes who are doing that work, at that greater sacrifice than
even a moon square on the day you do 81 vibrations, and for nothing.
