Can Anyone Explain this

This is really wierd I think this is something dealing with spiritual energy generated from others or some individual in my general area (only in my neighborhood does this happen) can someone tell me what this means, ok I am going out for a walk and it feels almost like the buildings are stretched out in some weird way my vision of the building really was altered temporarily, (it comes in kind of waves as if its being projected purposefully from somewhere) only in the last two days, in my mind I get these visualizations of me being animated in some wierd way (as well as everything around me) as in cartoonish like but different than any cartoon I am familiar with, and just in general sense this vibe I am not familiar with but really wierd and different its not really negative though. Kind of like I am in a fantasy and not reality. This has never happened to me before.
