All you have to do is study the JOS astrology section under the page "degrees and fixed stars". Compare your chart to this and the other parts of the astrology section and it will help you read your chart very well. If the planet is not exactly on a degree it does not count unless its one degree and 55 or so behind the significant degree or on the one right on point right after.
