I saw cbs made some post about a squirrel testing positive for the bubonic plague. I’m not sure if the information is there or tampered with but back when I was pregnant, I came across a dead squirrel and was concerned with the diseases it could carry. I talked to a doctor and did a lot of research. 50 cases of the bubonic plague are diagnosed per year worldwide, 10 being in the USA, half in New Mexico. The numbers may be off by a few since this was a few years ago but I do remember learning it is still a real thing, it IS under control. Bats rats and squirrels commonly carry it. Don’t feed into any hype. If this disease “suddenly” makes a comeback, it’s 200% planted and forced. For now though - it’s just some bullshit articles. California just went into lockdown again - is anticipate this happening in other states soon unless California demonstrates more nutsack.
