Candles by themselves mean shit. Sure, they are cool and can be used to set up the right atmosphere for a ritual, but the power dwells in YOU. Props are just cool additions, thats all. The success of your working depends on your level of skill and spiritual power.

Not really sure. Most of those candles are sold in shops where they sell Christian stuff also. But some do Cary black candles, Santa muarta reverse candles also mojo bags budha statue and much more. If you do decide to go to one of those places make sure you close your chakra and after that clean your Aura and dedicate everything you do get to father Satan.

probably best to stay away from brujeria candles. sometimes the people who make them "pray" over them and infuse them with xian energies. especially the tall mexican candles that come in the glass wether they have xian symbolism or not. even the blank ones that come in different colors might be tainted. the brujeria practice also adopts a lot of xian crap which is of the enemy and is to be avoided by any true Zevist. stick with regular candles preferably beeswax.
