I wanted to do some Breath of Fire since I didn't do it much lately and I realized the video is Private now in JOS page.
Anyone can recommend another video from youtube?
I've seen so far 2 different vids and both show 2 different way of doing.
From JoS - 1. Contract your abdominal muscles, forcefully, creating an exhale, by pumping your stomach muscles in and out, hard and fast, but controlled. Air will enter the top part of your lungs by itself. Use the rapid contractions of your abdominal muscles to inhale and exhale with this exercise. The contractions should be rhythmic.
Vid1: The lady says to forcing the stomach out (inhale) and focing stomach in (Exhale) ..
Vid2: says the other way around forcig stomach out (Exhale) and forcing stomach in( Inhale)
So which one is the right one?
