Breathing in Akasha and Air

Now, I'm not sure if it's definately the Akasha that's doing this,
but I breathed it into my body, and more specifically into my 3rd eye
and 6th chakra areas. I did this first. Then, I went to Air. It's my
favorite element, and one of the easier ones for me to conjure up in
my mind. Yesterday I breathed it in for, say, 3-4 breaths. Now, I
didn't feel anything, but last night I believe I lucid dreamed. It
was a dream inside a dream, I was dreaming that I was dreaming of
floating/ flying over a very pretty wild area, It was fuzzy so I
couldn't make out more than a river and areas that looked woodsy.
(see, I don't dream about this that much AT ALL) I started "waking
up" in my dream, and a remember sitting on the couch in the living
room, I could feel my hand on my cheek, the fabric, I thought I was
awake. So, Today I did the same thing. This time, after doing like 7
Air breaths, I felt this...weird feeling. Like there was a space
inside my body, concentrated near the 3rd Chakra. And the Air was
moving inside it. Anyway, I'll tell y'all if I have another funky
experience like last night. If I do, I'd logically assume that Air
might have something to do with Astral Projection, perhaps putting a
space between the body and soul?
On a side note about the Akasha, everytime I breathe it into my third
eye I get these weird, localized headaches where the 3rd eye is. Just
so everyone knows. :)

Didn't someone on this board say earlier that Air is the element of
space? that it creates a "space" in the chakras for all the other
elements and essences to work in? wasn't it YOU that said that? LOL

Yep. I'm attempting to tie it in. So it looks like it could be true,
hmm? ;) I guess this also proves I'm not losing my mind. I didn't
have a flighty dream last night, however. :p
