In my past meditation program I as always did a few minutes of breath of fire. I am up to three sets of 80. I have been at this level for some time only tonight afterwards instead of just feeling the heat in my entire body that this produces I felt it directly at the base of my spine where the kundalini is located. I have never felt it before and it only lasted for about a minute. Has anyone else experienced this after breath of fire? Is it normal and I am just now noticing it due to becoming more open? I would like other peoples experiences

Thanks Brian, you have already seen great results and I am sure you will see many more soon, Congrats
Thanks Shannon for your insight. I knew it was nothing great like activating my kudalini but I was just wandering if it was normal and I was just becoming more open. Its funny too i was just thinking I have not noticed your name on the boards for some time. Anyway I am glad to hear from you again and hope everything is ok.

Ya like I said I knew it was not anything major like an awakening but was wondering what it could be due to the fact I never felt it before. Yes, you did help me greatly with giving your own experiences. Very glad to hear on your success brother and hope you experience much more.

With the breath of fire I never had any effect as this on the lower
tailbone but we're on different bodies and have different experiances,
though I had the effect that the fire from my solar plexus did expand on
my whole body. Physically its very recharging and empowering too. Could
be a very minor energy from the Kundalini as fire breath affects it a
bit. Hope I helped. This is not Kundalini aweakening as Kundalini
aweakening is very powerful experiance from what I know and experianced.
When I actually experianced the Kundalini aweakening the back of my
tailbone was about to crack open and was literally immolated. Just
energy springling a bit from it. Keep doing it and make sure your base
is completely unobstructed man. Nice work you're advancing.
