Hello brothers and sisters its been a while...since i last posted anything but does body building help with anything in the astral by help i mean does it increase any of the chakras or enforce my soul in any way?or if theres a way i can give energy to father satan while i do my workouts Because i dont have a meditation program im currently doing i did the 40 day one but i quickly got bored and stopped on the image remembering thing.Sometimes i occasionally try and get in a deep trance but I'm not sure if that counts as anything or sometimes i do my hand chakras since those are my strongest and i can actually feel energy through that im not sure what to do i also looked into doing yoga for flexibility because i dont want to be all muscle and not be able to move around martial arts for another method of directing energy theres a ton of things i want to do but soooo little time....Well Thank you guys and girls in advance stay strong and as always HAIL SATAN!

Do what bruce lee did. Lift weights but focus on lighter weights and control of movement, do yoga/stretching exercises for flexibility, and running on the treadmill for endurance.
I did 7 minutes straight at about 5 MPH and then sprinted for another minute yesterday but we used to go for 20 minutes in the army.
Bruce Lee used traditional body building methods to gain muscle mass but he focused more on lighter weights and range of movement/control as a martial artist and practiced qigong.

So my advice, though I focus on building more muscle mass myself since after dropping half my body weight my skin is a train wreck and I want to fill it in with as much muscle as possible,my advice is to lift weights for strength and control, do lighter weights and range of movement one day, then full blown powerlifting the next session.
I do full powerlifting upper body one day, lower body the next day, I train my core with weights by flexing my core and doing twists in a boxing stance, the 3rd day I don't do any lifting but instead focus on cardio and flexibility that day and I meditate every day. Then I do an upper body workout with lighter weights and focus on control/range of movement this day, and repeat the cycle
Basically day 1 powerlift upper body. day 2 lower body and I always powerlift on my lower body. Day 3 Cardio and stretching.Day 4 upper body with lighter weights and focus on control/range of movement. day 5 lower body powerlifting.day 6 cardio and stretching.rinse and repeat

Building more mass onto your body increases the amount of energy you can handle. It is way advised you begin meditating though, it's muey important. One way you can give energy to Satan is by doing a breathing exersize and asking Satan or Lilith to take the energy you raised so they can do what they will with it. Or any excess energy at the end of a meditation session can be given to them. Being bored is a piss-poor excuse to ending your meditation regimen but, it happens in the beginning stages; hand chakras is a good start though, just keep going, you may be bored now but if you continue it's going to be an amazing experience.

<td val[/IMG]I was obsessed with physical culture and with my experience I picked up with time I would say I agree with Angryshaman666. It's best to start with traditional stuff like bodyweight excercises first. The idea behind this is to master your own weight first! How can you pick up heavy stuff if you can't even pick up yourself? Like, hatha yoga can give you incredible strength, look at the one arm balances and squating poses. This is why I say yoga is the original chi kung LOL But they're entirely different disciplines. Speaking of wich, correct breathing is also very important while getting intensely physical. Because you can block your chakras. If you don't breath correctly you can burn them but here I might be wrong, I only noticed this this morning while going full out up a hill. My Sifu always told me to control my bteathing. There is also this old standing pose that smoothes out your bteathing super fast. you put your feet in this T position then you balance your upper body over your feet. Something like this. I stopped doing wing chun six years ago. But it's still with me. These internal marital arts, they stay in the soul. I have an incredible left hand.

Um, I never said start with body weight exercises first.
You must have misread.I did suggest using lighter weights like on an adjustable dumbbell set and focusing on control and range of movement as a beginner but I don't do much body weight exercises aside from cardio and martial arts training and stretching exercises once I got out of the army.
