I'm constantly getting blissful feelings at the bottom of my spine, anus and In my head, I used to do the pineal meditation about a month ago but stopped, and these feelings are 10x nicer, sometimes they yet me dizzy, and a lot of the time I get it in my solar plexus. Any idea what it is??
