you´re welcome, I would throw germany in, our new defense minister has no military knowlege. And the last one did just waste money on gorch foc(ship) and people who can tell her to do stuff. She even hired people from her family to get them some corrupt money now she is eu kommissionspräsidentin. Any one who wants to be big in eu politics should try to be in the atlantic brücke. our bundespräsidentin , Minister of Defense, and the former Minister of Defense are all in this fancy group.
