The politics of that entire area area is very corrupt, unfortunately you'll never get into an established party without significant bribes (something like 10k euro, if you have the connections for it even). This is pretty much true for most countries, but that area especially is this case.
That is to say, don't bother. It's good to have an interest in politics, but participating within the current system is very unrealistic. You can disagree here if you want to, I'm just saying it's a waste of time because I've explored similar options earlier.

Sometimes it's just better to be blunt and tell delusional people the truth. You can beat around the bush all day with this guy, but you'd just be wasting both of your time. I know you know.
