WEll, you definitely aren't ready if you don't know anything about what you wanna do. It takes some serious ability to directly perform biokinesis, and if you can't search this group, and realize at least a possible method for it on your own, you clearly have a long way to go before you can try it. So get Meditating and Advance yourself.
