Bioelectricity / breathing

Since I started doing 108 repetitions of each chakra vibration every day, I feel the energy much more. When I meditated on the solar chakra last sunday, I felt the energy as if someone was rubbing something against my face. It was incredible and very blissful.

I've noticed that when I'm done vibrating and I sit and focus on the specific chakra, I tend to hold my breath at the bottom for a long time. It feels like I don't need to breathe.
Of course I don't recommend this, but for me it happens without me noticing.

It's actually very strange as it feels like my air supply is totally covered, even though I'm not breathing and don't have any oxygen in my lungs or at least very little. I'm not talking for more than max. a minute here, but it's much more than I usually would be able to(holding at the bottom).

Has anyone experienced the same? I'm sure it's because of the bioelectricity, but I was wondering if someone had an explanation? Perhaps a scientific one?
My theory was that because the body's need of energy in the cells is already supplied, it could skip the monooxygenase part which also explains why my pulse is lowering.

it also happened to me.
i think simply the body does not need oxygen at that moment
but i'm not sure.

and it's a bit scary....O__O'

Hail Satan!

I get this too sometimes. The way I understand it is that when we regulate our breathing, our lung capacity expands. This is practiced by snorklers. In which they'll spend some time before taking the full dive just breathing deeply and regulating their heart and breath. Taking 'practice dives' and going deeper and deeper each time.

This is the same with the heartbeat. As we regulate our breathing and relaxe our body, so do we regulate our heart rate to a much more stable and 'relaxed' rate.

Thats my thoughts on it anyway.

I believe the increase is because of focus. However breathing tends to activate the Chakras almost as much as Vibration. This is really good, just take it easy when breathing.
