Binding spell + controlling the other person

Hello. I have two questions to ask.
1.[/IMG]W[/IMG]not the best for black magick? (eg Leo or Virgo)[/B]My thinking is this: I don't really want to hurt the person which I will bind. I just want them to become unable to hurt me and to hurt some other people I care about.
2.<b [/IMG]I managed to acquire one hair from my boss LOL as well as an item that he owned.
[/B]This person is very arrogant and dislikeable.I have always done MY BEST when it came to the work he put me, I always FUCKING EXCELLED and I was also extremely fast, so I finished the work I needed to do before it was my time to leave from work.I did the best of the best and he always said so... BUT HE NEVER SHOWED ME HIS "APPRECIATION" (by paying me more) although he's knee-deep in fucking money!!

I know the piece of shit makes so much money, he always goes on vacations, spa and all that fucking shit.... It just outrages me how GOOD I AM AT THE FUCKING JOB and how it is not appreciated in the least!!! Listening a "thank you, you're amazing" is just so fucking hypocritical of him!!!

I just want him to give me his money that I deserve 1000000000 times more than he does.[/B]If I make a poppit and vibrate Thurisaz x 108, and then state an affirmation like ".... [his name] is giving me large amounts of money for no reason" (or "as a thank you gift" or something like that), will it work?And, what do I do with the poppit afterwards?

2. The rune Ehwaz can be used to "bind another’s thoughts and actions to the operator’s will." So maybe that will work better than Thurisaz?
Along with money runes and maybe with Wunjo sine it says on the JoS runes page "Wunjo is a rune of honors and rewards. Our efforts are rewarded"

Again, in no expert so you might wanna do more research, use your instincts on that and/or get a second opinion.

Your binding spell will be weaker if you do it in wrong moon phase. I think you should do binding ritual like it says on the website.
But for getting more money do a modified working of one in this page:

You could also raise his astral body out of him when he's sleeping and command it to give you more money. This is best done when he's sleeping, unfortunately I can't find this working on JoS, but I'm sure it's there. Poppet should be nailed on a tree outside where it won't be easily disturbed.
