Bikram Yoga is a style/school of yoga started by Bikram Choudhry. It is just a compilation of various asanas (postures) of hatha yoga. Everyone markets them under different names, that's all. I am not much aware of Bikram Choudhry's reputation. But Baba Ramdev is quite reputed as a yoga teacher. You can find his videos on Youtube. He has also videos about different breathing techniques (pranayama) including some of those mentioned on the ToZ site.

By the way, before you practice a specific yoga posture, make sure you consult your physician as certain yoga postures are not suitable for certain health conditions.
