Better understanding of power dates

Greetings Satanic Family,
I look at the SS calendar very often and there are things I don't understand about determining a power date.

I know that the waxing and waning phase of the Moon is very important, as well as the Full and New Moon, the soltices, the equinoxes, the Friday Esbats.

However, let's take the example of the Moon in Taurus (I refer to the SS UTC1 calendar), there is the 07 February in waxing moon, there are no indications of work, and then we have the Moon also in Taurus of 06 March in waxing moon and there it is indicated that it is a good date to start a money work.
There are other examples like that.

What are the other elements that intervene to say that it is a good date or not? Is this the day to take into account? In our example, the 1st date is a Monday, in the 2nd it is a Sunday.
There are the retrograde planets to take into account as well.

Are there any other parameters?

Yes absolutely. The Moon has the highest impact on our lives as it's the closest moving celestial object to us. When you are about to start a working then the position of the Moon has to be taking into consideration first, and the rest after it.

I think the ideal days are not so clear cut and also there are more important factors to take into consideration first. Firstly come the phase and the sign of the Moon. After that comes the planet mainly ruling your working. For love and material goodies, Venus, just to give an example. After which you can start pondering fine tuning with weekdays and planetary hours for the most optimal timing. When you want to absolutely precisely do a working with all of these parameters favoring the working then suddenly there are not very many dates per year for it. Different workings have different requirements for the dates. Runic workings and planetary squares have differences, and so do Necronomicon meditations.
