Best material for black magic Mala?

I want to create a Satanic Rosary for black magick, I'm wondering what material would aid It's purpose best.I know 'it doesn't matter" but I  always strive  to get the best possible in everything.

It really dosnt matter. What's important is your spiritual power, this is what will make the difference in your magick. As well as timing with the planets. However you can look through the Herbs page of the JoS, in either the Meditations or Satanic Witchraft section. -En Haradren Amlug.

 im aware of useing specific colored candles during ritual workings to amplify the energys power.. but for now i hav no candles

Get a pendant that symbolizes war. I know HP Jake said he has a hammer on his. Something like that, maybe the Mars symbol would work well. Red beads would be excellent, that's a good hot color. Fire, intensity, rage, burning, good imagery with that color. Find a craft store.

Again, take a look at "The use of Herbs and Plants in Magick page in the 'Satanic Witchcraft' section of the JoS, it has a list of plants and their uses in magick, as well as the 'Incense for Ritual' page.
