Since you do not have money to buy the candles, you will have to do the ritual in your astral temple, which is as valid as doing a physical ritual. For more info, go here:

If you have already made the commitment, and you do not have money to buy a ouija board, you need to start a meditation program to open up your astral senses, so you can see and hear your Guardian as well as communicate with him through telepathy. You can find the list of meditative exercises in the Joy of Satan website.
But be assured, it will take time before you are able to contact him, depending on your level of seriousness and dedication to meditating. Maybe several months. This is not like going to McDonalds or whatever.
