I apologize for using the group like this, but I've been trying to email you for a few months now, Central. Your old email still working? The @hotmail one?
That medicine you suggested, almost out. Wanting to know if I should just re-order. Please email me. It's fine if you've been away the past few weeks but this was going on for months, not sure if Jewhoo dropped the ball or not.

I havent had any emails from you there at my other email which is still in service, nor is there anything in my junk..

Is this the Liu Wei Di Huang Wan?

It is indeed.

I've sent 2 brand new messages and like 3 replies over time, but i think most/all were on VoC moon times. Bad timing on my part. Still on one pill a day, no more.

It's a major improvement to my mood. Without it I'm a hothead who fires off and insults and hates people, everyone who walks in front of me..with it? calm. Beyond the emotions/feelings, not sure. I took one today (Friday), let me see what the second one does.
I'm still drinking a lot of water. Gallon and a half a day is nothing, I don't think twice about drinking water. Cut back, almost off of soda entirely. More fruits and veggies in the diet on occasion. Otherwise, I don't have a way of tracking it fixing things.
Still taking insulin, if that's what you mean. Hasn't been a cure-all yet, that's fine, the best things in life take time. Need any other info?

Forgot something new in the last post. So, over the past year, my endocrinologist has been concerned with lower-than-normal testosterone levels. It's a possibility it's just been a thing from having this for so long, but since it started around the time the pills' effects felt "normal" and "good," feel as though it should be added.
I never had any problems with T before the pills. I'm not too concerned, not yet. I don't know/recall how low it was compared to normal..but yeah it can be felt. Not sure if this would effect it, depends what the left kidney does. I never produced "too much" T that I know of.

so two pills doesn't have any negative effects. won't be able to try 3 until monday afternoon/evening, but i will. to see what it does.

3 pills is better. no music playing in my head all the time. just the tinnitus, but i got a working going to heal my ears..as well as eyes, pancreas, kidneys, and some other bits and bobs.
i'm not going for 4 at this time. if the effects of 3 pills start to lessen enough, i'll consider it. but 3 is..a lot of relaxation at this moment. unless there's a certain reason i should push further

So long as there are no negative side effects, a dose around 6 per day is the minimum I would recommend to anyone in the absence of a severe sensitivity or negative reaction.

Seven is the amount I'm on now, might increase to 8..thing is, with both 6 and 7, it doesn't really calm like it did at the start. It doesn't make me MORE irritable, just doesn't calm. That's odd.
I'll keep at 7 and consider increasing it incrementally. Thanks for replying; progress is being made..

is there an upper limit to how many i should take? i've been increasing it, and 20 is..having no side effects. I feel good with it on. also completed the first Sun spiritual square to help heal (per the other poster's advice)

you mention it like that, so i'll ask: should these be taken at once or split half and half, 12 hours apart?
