banishing ritual tomorrow?

i would like to perform the banishing ritual tomorrow but i looked at the moon schedule and it says its the first day of the new moon..should i wait or can i go ahead and do it?? or even tonight maybe?? i feel its a very necessary step and was too busy last saturday

It says when the moon is waning. The moon is waning when it goes from Full to New, so no, you'll have to wait... Unless you feel otherwise? I don't know, it is not the right time, so go with your gut... I guess.

So what's new moon anyway? A neutral moon? The moon really isn't doing anything yet but just staying there lol...

"First day of the new moon" meaning first day from full moon to new moon? Then, wait till next Saturday. since the effects will be stronger then.
