Okay here it is, we are all affected by ALL PLANETS, and the ways they affect us depends on where you were born, longitude and latitude, that is how you get sidereal time which is adjusted between greenwhich time/ and time you were born. This determines the literal Degrees of the planets where they lay in constellations in the sky, 12 of them...You also have an Ascendent, which is the Constellation that was laying on the edge of the horizon when you were born, you have a descendent which is the constellation you were farthest from when you were born. On a chart the 12 constellations are laid out in 12 houses that rule certain life aspects.... As far as BAD PLANETS, sometimes planets go through whats called RETROGRADE, which means they (planets) are moving backwards through a constellation, this is a bad planetray aspect, also we measure the degrees each planet fall from each other on your birth chart, a bad aspect is a SQUARE ASPECT which is appoximatrly 91 degrees to 120 degrees apart, this makes those planets BAD for you... anyways hope that helps..
