Thanks Shannon for creating this group! I will be sharing my training routine (as given to me by my MMA coach who is a UFC fighter) also I will be sharing a few other workout programs for people on a budget/can't go to a gym. That said I will also be posting advise on spiritual matters that effect the physical (such as Mars and Sun squares, Yoga, Kundalini ect ect) Also let me know if you need any help with moderation/group matters.  I'm here to help. Again thanks! The group was needed!

I TOTALLY look forward to all your posts on health. Its funny, I  have been looking to increase my physical stamina and health and prep my body. So, please post all you know about that. I am looking to work out at home not at a gym because time. I also have been looking into Qigong.
