I'm currently trying to start with the 40 day meditation program by Zevios Metathronos but I have a problem with Aura Cleaning step two which is to visualize the light shining brighter on each of my chakras like a miniature sun and I don't know where each of my chakras are located. If anyone could link me a picture or maybe even a drawing of where each chakras are located that would be highly appreciated.
