Aum for energy raising

I want to use aum for raising my energy before rituals. How often should i vibrate it? Wich exactly amount for example 9 times 6, 9x6?

54 is a lot. Perhaps if you distribute it throughout the day, than it's a good amount.

Aum is generally used for ending workings as it settles the energy and doesn't leave you feeling super charged with energy.
