I want to ask a general question whether this is effective!
Specifically for vibrating runes into chakras, different mantras(money mantras and magical squares), instead of vibrating out loud, will it be effective vibrating this sounds in your mind to achieve the same effect.
Did you do this successfully?
The reason I need to know as for purposes of being in environments whether it can be difficult to vibrate out loud due to others hearing you. Can audio visualization be a substitute for making vibrations out loud?

This has  been discussed before in the groups.
Its called mental vibration and hopefully someone else can add more info but if I'm not mistaken it was said that it can be more effective than the standard. But mental vibration does work out good for those who do not have the privacy for vocal vibration. Give it a try and notice the effects and see if to works out for you. Its better to do mental vibration than nothing at all. Its good that you thought of that alternative. One of our High Priests mentioned it being effective.
Just focus on feeling the vibration in your mind and soul or chakras or whatever you are trying to empower or stimulate.

There is still vibration on the mental level. It is effective. This was discussed in the past on the groups. It can be just as effective as vocal vibration as long as one has the focus and able to sense it write. Hail our Creator God Satan.

Hello,  I wonder if we use voice records? Is it fine to record our voice then listen to it while we are meditating?
