Astral traveling

Hello brothers and sisters,Lately I've been debating trying alstral traveling or not. problem is im not sure on how to, or how to return to my body. What do you brothers and sisters do and how well does it work? Any help is greatly appreciated. My apologies for grammar mistakes if there is any i just got done with wrestling practice and im to tired to think very well, again my apologies. Thank you, Sterling.

The hard part is not how to return to your body but how to stay out of body without returning in it. Because getting into your physical body is almost automatic if you see something fearful or feel anything physical in your body or somebody wakes you up. It's an instinctual reaction. Even after some minutes you'll automatically return to your physical body. It's pretty much automatic. It's like asking "Hey guys, I want to sleep but I'm afraid that I won't wake up. Do you think I should try to sleep? What are some techniques for waking up?"
Another hard part is how to remember your out of body experience, that needs training too. Because it's easy to forget it, like you forget most of your dreams. But returning to your body is something that you do instinctually, automatically.

Eh, you just concentrate on your physical body and you return. It's not difficult. You could even try moving your hands/fingers a bit (while astral projecting) and your astral body will automatically return to your physical body.
